Unmarked graves located on the grounds of the former Kamloops Residential School

Description
Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc Kukpi7 (Chief) Rosanne Casimir announced that the graves of 215 children, some as young as three years old, had been located on the grounds of the former school. Ground-penetrating radar had confirmed what many Survivors had asserted over the years, namely the undocumented deaths of students. Kukpi7 Casimir noted that she expected further graves to be found as the investigation was ongoing.
