Document consists of an address prepared for a workshop in residential education. Address was delivered by the principal of Alberni Residential School, J.A. Andrews, regarding staff relationships.
Curatorial Comment
This talk was one of multiple presentations on themes and issues for residential school educators and staff working in B.C. and Alberta. Attendees were from residential schools operated by several denominations. The workshop was held at Mission, B.C. in August 1964.
