Description
A four hour concert rounded off the first day of the TRC's Winnipeg National Event. Performers included Buffy Sainte-Marie and Blue Rodeo with special guest Elijah Harper during the performance of "Fools Like You", commemorating the moment Elijah Harper refused to accept the Meech Lake Accord by raising an eagle feather in protest.
