Description
This item is a guest book signed by previous students who attended a reunion of the Kamloops residential school on May 21st and 22nd of 1977 at the previous site of the Kamloops residential School in Kamloops, B.C. The book is signed by each participant with the 1st year of attendance, their age, grades completed at the school, previous names, hometown, and current city of residence. A 1977 newspaper clipping is at the back of the book that reports on the planned event. The book was acquired by the Kamloops Museum and Archives and later submitted to the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation in 2021.
