"This booklet designed to assist First Nations adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse was presented to the UN Special Rapporteur during the 2003 cross Canada consultation.

The contents include:

(1) a definition of sexual abuse;
(2) an indication of the long-term effects;
(3) a historical representation of sexual abuse in First Nations communities;
(4) the denial of sexual abuse;
(5) the recovery process;
(6) available sources of funding;
(7) and reporting the abuse to authorities. The booklet ends with encouraging last words, followed by a glossary list"--CRRF Website.
