"A series of case studies was conducted as part of the impact evaluation of the Aboriginal Healing Foundation (AHF). The case studies were intended to provide a detailed, holistic view of the projects and their ability to contribute to desired outcomes. This case study was selected to reveal the unique challenges facing urban-based projects with First Nations, Métis, homeless, and incarcerated individuals from a Western geographical perspective. All data collection, analysis, and synthesis was done by Community Support Coordinators under the facilitative guidance of Kishk Anaquot Health Research" (Case Study Report: Healing the Multigenerational Effects of Residential School Placement- Urban Access Program, page 1).
